2. Reading all the text directly from the page
If you want everything on the page narrated select the Speak All Text function - use the first button on the toolbar as shown below:

3. Reading only selected text directly from the page
If you want only text you have selected on the page narrated select the Speak Selected Text function (after first selecting the text) - use the second button on the toolbar as shown below:

4. Selecting frames
If you prefer to use the Speak All Text or the Speak Selected Text functions with a page that is contained in an embedded frame you can use the last button on the toolbar to select the frame as shown below:
