The VLC eBook programs can bedownloaded and installed on your PC. After you have installed the programs they can be run from your desktop. There are currently two programs that you can use:
1. Pictorial Idioms
This opens with a simple dialogwindow that looks like this:

This also opens with a similar dialog window as shown below:
