There are two versions, both may be freely used. Version 2
only runs on Win 95 / 98 / NT.

This version includes full editing support and testing activities, and also database functions. It can also process French and some other European languages, Chinese and Japanese texts if enabling software such as Richwin is installed. You can download the execute program directly or the full setup program.

If you want to use the database utilities then you need to have the MS JET database engine installed on your computer. If you have MS Access installed this will be OK. If not, you can install the database tools by downloading the DAO Install Zip file.
