Introduction to the Spanish Guitar: Contents
The course consists of 6 Units with different lessons in each unit for scales, chords and studies.  Each lesson is in 2 parts:
  • Part 1 provides music notation with audio
  • Part 2 has explanatory notes and graphics together video lessons which demonstrate clearly and exactly how each lesson is played.
1 Unit 1: Tuning, fingering symbols, hand positions and open string exercises for the right hand
2 Unit 2: The scale of C major, common chords of C major and Study 1 in C major.
3 Unit 3: The scale of G major, common chords of G major, and Studies in G major and E minor.
4 Unit 4: The scale of A minor, common chords of A minor, and studies by Giuliani, Aguado and Carulli.
5 Unit 5: The scale of D major, common chords of D major, the scale of E minor, common chords of E minor, Studies by Sor and Carulli.
6 Unit 6: The scale of E minor, common chords of E minor, a traditional Spanish ballad, the scale of A major, common chords of A major,and studies by Sor and Carcassi.
