VLC Text-to-Speech support programs

You will need some software to make Text-To-Speech work with texts. The TTS Browser has full TTS support, as well as allowing you to look up any word in the Net Dictionary, and it is based on the Internet Explorer and is similar to operate.

It uses both the TTS Dialog and MS Agent characters as narrators. The Agent characters feature "speech balloons" with synchronized text and speech, similar to karaoke, which makes them an effective learning resource.
